These ads must be purchased for a full season and must be full page. The only opportunity for a color ad is on a cover spot, so they stand out as unique.

“Premium Position” refers to the spot opposite the concert music list in each program. Full Season is six performances with a circulation of 1,000 printed programs per concert.

- The following applications are supported: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Applications that are not designed for print productions (PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, MS Publisher) are not appropriate for reproduction and are not acceptable.
- If sending a source file, please include all graphic elements and fonts. PDF files are also acceptable.
- All artwork should be saved at 300 dpi or higher.
FONTS
Please include all fonts you have used in your ad when you transfer it to CSO (unless a PDF file is being sent or fonts have been converted to outlines).
GRAPHIC ELEMENTS
JPG, EPS and TIFF are preferred file formats for graphics. WMF, GIF and BMP are not suitable.
ELECTRONIC DELIVERY
Ads may be e-mailed if compressed properly (zipped, stuffed) in order to protect their integrity, or sent as a PDF file.
AD CONTENT AND QUALITY
Advertiser is solely responsible for all ad content including, but not limited to, spelling, layout and design and is also responsible for the quality of the file provided. If you require assistance in the design of your ad, just let us know!
PROOFS FOR CONTENT
In order to assure proper font usage, ad flow and graphic presentation, it is recommended that you provide a high quality printed proof, which reflects the most current form of the ad.
SUBMISSION DEADLINES
For a full season ad, the submission deadline is three weeks before the first performance. If submitting an ad after the concert season has begun, or if your ad is for one performance only, the submission deadline is two weeks prior to concert.
