2020-2021 Carries On!

If you've tuned in to our virtual concerts this season, you've been thrilled by some high quality music, performed by some of the best musicians in the Valley - CSO's own! In July 2020, the CSO Wind Quintet, shown above, performed an hour-long live streamed concert. We have been fortunate to partner with the Chandler Center for the Arts who provided the Main Stage for our performances, and with televëda, an organization dedicated to providing live streamed education and entertainment to Valley seniors. televëda did the technical work of bringing the audio and video performance to a varied audience. A Q&A session followed the concerts in which televëda's format allows an interactive experience between the audience and performers. The Quintet musicians included Stacie Schaible, oboe, Lisa Tharp, flute, Nancy Smith, clarinet and Donald Harvey, horn. More of these concerts are planned as needed to allow us to bring you great live music throughout the rest of this season.
